Anonymous (United States) Still the best CBD cream out there, even though the recipe has changed. I used the original cream for six years so when they switched the formula, it was a bit upsetting because of the menthol in it as I use it all over my neck. The menthol was a bit bothersome and I do hope they can take that out but other than that, it is still great.
I use it at least twice a day on my trapezius muscles, neck and feet, sometimes all over my legs and arms as it does help fibromyalgia nerve pain.
Please don’t change the formula unless it becomes more like the original. I do not like balms as they’re greasy and many of them smell like pot and this does not.

This is the original formula that we recreated with coco butter, chammomile, eucalyptus, peppermint, arnica and vitamin E - the cooling you feel from it is from the peppermint and eucalyptus but I promise no menthol in this formula :) Because this formula is loved so much, we will not be changing it's ingredients - over time we may adjust quantites or perfect it with minor tweaks, but nothing more! I didn't get what I ordered. What they sent me has Menthol in it. I've tried it. I don't like Menthol. It doesn't work. I called spoke to Erica. She sent a Spa pro Pain cream on her own..I didn't ask for it. I tried it a few times I got no relief. I called her back. Asking for my money back. She refused. Said I probably get stire credit. Which is fair to me.I ordered the CBD Pain Cream I've used for a few years now it works great on my Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. They sent the other one with Menthol instead. Theyshould've called first to see if it was alright to try it because they no longer had what I wanted. She sent me 2 items that I didn't Order! I offered to send them.both back. She said No. It may take months/ years before you all get the Formula to make the CBD Pain Cream I ordered. You should not be keeping my money or nobody else's!. I even had other Friends and Family order from this Company. I wont do it anymore. I'm asking for my Refund of 50$ until the CBD Pain Cream I wanted is in stock again! This has been a best seller for years in the Spa world, and while many clients find the higher strength beneficial, every body is unique. ivyreynolds From a surgery perspective: I purchased the 500mg. I had a double mastectomy with a scarless latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction. The area above my breasts "burn" from the inside and my skin is terribly sensitive to the touch. I applied a thin layer to my chest. It works. The relief lasted about 30 minutes. My husband also applied a liberal amount to the areas around (not on) the incisions on my back. Very effective with the stinging & pulling pains. Lasted over an hour. The smell is just ok and in my opinion needs improvement.
