The cream with arnica worked very well to reduce the soreness in my shoulder muscles, the massage oil was relaxing to my client and had an anti-anxiety and focusing effect on me as the therapist, the 2000 mg scent smelled wonderfully minty, I used it for foot massage, my client said the cooling one was strong and effective with a delayed onset of cooling and then a warming/ relaxing effect, the daytime gummies were relaxing to me, and the night time gummies helped me sleep well. Every product was very effective and beneficial in a different way. I would definitely like to continue using them all!!

These work for relaxing the mind, when trying to fall asleep.
I tend to have a problem of calming down my mind, when I'm trying to fall asleep. These help calm it down, just enough to fall asleep. I will state, the combination feels like it could be a BIT stronger, for me.. so, I'll occasionally take 1.5-2 before bed. BUT, I'm also aware that my size is probably a contributor to this (6'2", 245lbs)
Regardless, I have zero complaints. These are fantastic.
