These work for relaxing the mind, when trying to fall asleep.

I tend to have a problem of calming down my mind, when I'm trying to fall asleep. These help calm it down, just enough to fall asleep. I will state, the combination feels like it could be a BIT stronger, for me.. so, I'll occasionally take 1.5-2 before bed. BUT, I'm also aware that my size is probably a contributor to this (6'2", 245lbs)

Regardless, I have zero complaints. These are fantastic.

D9 hits the spot during the day, so it's nice to have these on hand. I have also tried Genesis D8 Gummies which are the same quality and value. The D9 seems to be more cerebral than it's D8 counterpart. That being said, there's room for both. I enjoy the D9 when working on a creative project and the D8 seems to have a slight sedative effect so I prefer that for evening use. Both are equal in value and quality.
