Genesis saw my review, reached out, sent me replacements and an extra pen just for being helpful. And they emailed throughout and were just really kind and communicative. Really recommend working with them!
My pen is a full size with an LCD screen and this brand new cart reads “no atomizer”; it does so on both my pens. Genesis does not make it easy to contact them for a replacement or credit. And to add insult to injury when I opened my camera app to get a pic (I didn’t know it was going to let me attach one) it deleted my entire review and I had to start from scratch. Super fun waste of my time.

Well constructed cart, holds up well and only had a few start to leak towards the end of life. Love the blend, nice and chill after a long day. Great flavor/terp profile.
